My Holt Renfrew Gift Cards were copied by someone, but Holt is blaming it all on me. There is no security feature on Holt Gift Cards and even a middle school kid can duplicate their cards with a few minutes of research and a few mouse clicks.

Holt Renfrew still has my money and they don't want to take responsibility for:
a) Their cheap gift card system which can easily be hacked.
b) The mistake made by their employee.

I've bought and sold more than $16,000 worth of gift cards in the past and had no problem UNTIL I got Holt gift cards.

People must know how UNSAFE Holt Renfrew's gift card system is.
They also must know Holt Renfrew's POOR training on their staff.


Even though I'm currently the legal owner of the cards,
Holt Renfrew is not releasing the transaction records to me because they know they screwed it up real bad.

One of their manager even admitted that the transactions made with my cards were very suspicious, but they fail to do anything until I lost all my money.
