The Nest Okotoks

We wanted to take a moment to welcome you to Our Nest. Our paths have crossed for many reasons, but most likely, you are in search of something different. You may be in search of a connection with yourself or others, or maybe your body has been telling you to establish a self care routine. Whatever the reason that has brought us together, we want to thank you for entrusting us to take on this journey with you. A little bit about The Nest: The one aspect in life required to overcome obstacles, emotions or life's challenges is female support, connection and camaraderie. Innately, women thrive in a supportive, tribe-like environment. This is why we have created The Nest. As a supportive and empowering environment intricately designed for personal growth, connection, and breaking through barriers, we help women connect with themselves, their bodies, their minds and each other to allow them to create the lives they want. The Nest has a program for every woman in any stage of her life. Whether becoming a mother, starting a company, overcoming emotional challenges, experiencing high levels of stress, going through later life changes - we have designed programs for every stage in a woman’s life. The Vision: The Nest is a place of nurturing. Where women take care of women. Mothering the mother, in a sense. We, as women, are aware that all women go through drastic life changes, whether career, body or family related, and The Nest was created to nurture women through any challenge they come across and help them be their best self, even through difficult or life-altering times. Our mission is to help women to find their true self, to thrive in everyday life and to know that when women fully connect with themselves and each other they can change their lives and, together, we can change the world. All of our programs are designed for reconnecting with self and others to overcome any barriers life may hold. If there is any additional things you need, or services you wish were available, please message us on our Facebook page below. We are here to support you and help you thrive! Warmest Wishes in Health & Happiness, The Nest Team
