The Neighbourhood Located on Duclos Point on Lake Simcoe, minutes from the Virginia Beach ferry to the First Nation Island of The Chippewas of Georgina, along side the Provincial Nature Reserve, Duclos Point is home to cottagers and year round homes, in an exclusive neighbourhood with no public beach access, which makes the private beaches, docks and lake accesses immensely private and un-crowded. Duclos Point is 15 minutes away from Sutton and historic Jackson's Point, where guests can enjoy local shopping, art galleries, and is central to the many trails and rivers that create opportunity for hikers, cyclists, snow trail riders alike. Getting around In the North end of Georgina, easily accessible by car, and even public transit. Other Things to Note Beautifully appointed suite is for guest use only, coffee machine, flat screen television, with private shower/bathroom.
