Honed negotiating skills coupled with detail discussions about the terms and conditions of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, ensure clients will not only know the “right price” has been negotiated but that it has been done with minimal stress and complete openness. As repeat client Robin Jones has stated. The respect and confidence that Gemma and Gary have garnered is a direct result of their hard work and breadth of experience. The Barclay team works continuously and relentlessly to upgrade their skills and improve their knowledge of the real estate marketplace. They purposefully stay on the cutting edge of digital technology and have developed one of the top searched mobile web sites in the GTA. This enables buyers to view all Barclay Team sellers’ properties at any given time from any location; while, at the same time, ensuring sellers that their properties are highly visible in the marketplace. In addition to integrity and honesty, the skillset the Barclay team can mobilize on a client’s behalf is truly unique. Both Gemma and Gary prior to becoming realtors were builders of estate homes. Their experience as designers, builders and marketers of homes gives them an understanding of houses and the housing market that is unparalleled. They use this unique knowledge every day to secure best results possible for each and every client. Consistently outstanding in their field, Gemma and Gary have received numerous awards in recognition of their exemplary performance on behalf of clients. Among their many awards, the Barclays have been honoured with the President Award, 100% Award, Platinum Awards, Chairman’s Award, Lifetime Achievement Award and Remax Hall of Fame.
