Tahatikonhsotontie Head Start

From September to June we offer the following programs: Drop In Program - Tuesdays & Fridays from 9-11am *This program allows parents/guardians to bring their children aged 0-6 to interact with other children to foster social growth. Parents also interact with one another and it is a comfortable, laid back atmosphere. This is a drop in program so everyone is welcome. JR Morning Program - Mondays & Thursdays from 9-11am *This program is for children who are on the waiting list that are 2 to 3 years of age, but not quite ready for the afternoon program. The JR program acts as a stepping stone for children to enter into the afternoon program. This program is by waiting list. Afternoon Program - Monday to Friday 1-4pm *Our afternoon program is licensed for 24 children by the Ministry of Community and Social Services. The afternoon curriculum is based on the High Scope Curriculum model. Bus transportation is provided to those children who require transportation. This program is also by waiting list. Summer Learning Program (Pending Funding) - July - August 8am-4pm *This program allows for 30 children between the ages of 6-11 to come and learn throughout the summer in a "camp" setting.
