T-Zone Cobourg

Whole Body Vibration is about three things-creating movement, reactions and gravity. When you stand on the oscillating platform of a T-Zone Vibration Machine, the plate moves in a rocking motion, resulting in an up and down movement which simulates walking. Every time the plate moves, your muscles respond automatically by contracting and relaxing to rebalance you on the plate. You don't even have to think about it, and may not even feel anything, just the motion. This could mean as many as thirty safe and beneficial reactions per second, depending on the speed. Your body has no choice but to respond to the challenge that it is offered when standing on a Vibration plate, and therefore each muscle contracts several times per second. Whole Body Vibration is also about gravity. As the machine accelerates, it pushes up against your body and creates an extra force. Your body will feel as though it "weighs" more. This clever technology means that you have to work against a far greater influence or "load" of gravity than your muscles are used to with every movement you perform. The result= more benefits! T-Zone’s technology is particularly unique because it may achieve results for a wide range of objectives, and is suitable for all ages, body types and health levels. (Contraindications: Whole Body Vibration is very safe, but may not be suitable for some people without the approval of your medical practitioner). This is by far the most popular type of vibration machine technology with many scientific studies to support it, and is widely used by chiropractors, physiotherapists, trainers and doctors across the world.
