The facility will be located at 500 pine plaza and is 8000 sq feet. It will be equipped with a wide variety of brand new equipment including cardio machines with multi media touch screens as well as brand new state of the art weight training machines and a variety of free weights. This facility will offer memberships to the community for youth and adult membership, 24 hrs access for adult members, smoothie bar during business hrs, virtual training in a private room for training lessons. We will also have available a variety of supplements and workout gear. Smoothie bar will be open to the public during staffed business hours with no membership needed to purchase. It will offer its menu in a variety of ways to compliment the health and fitness, as well offering some shakes just for a treat. Virtual trainer will be offered to the members as a part of their membership and will be held in a private room that holds up to 5 to 7 people. This room will be equipped with a large projector screen and stereo system to help give you the most interactive feel while training. Training programs will be offered through a on demand kiosk system, were the user can choose from a library of hundreds of training videos and trainers, meeting all of your training needs. This room can be booked privately for a single person or a group, as well the facility will run some set classes for walk in. Outside trainers will all be welcome to use the facility, providing they have the proper insurance in place as well they have completed the commercial training forms and guidelines that we will provide. 24 hr access will be set up for members over the age of 18, each member will be issued an access card that will after business hr unlock the front door and register their visit with the gym system hardware, this space will also be equipped with 24 hr surveillance adding extra piece of mind and security to those who would visit after hrs. The equipment we have chosen is the commercial brand HOIST and CYBEX, it is all brand new and encompasses over 80 pieces of equipment for all strength training and cardio needs. We have put a lot of research into what a facility has and needs and we feel we have put the best equipment package together to offer to the community. Supplements and work out gear will be offered for sale not only to members but to the public during staffed business hrs. We would like to offer a variety of supplements and work out gear for sale eliminating that unplanned trip to the city, also insuring we can offer these at reasonable prices that won’t break the budget. Myself and Darla Feel over the last 9 months of planning and research that we are coming to the town of Grande cache with the most effective and complete product and service to offer to our community. We also hope that with the proper approvals and upon opening that everyone in this community also sees and believes this, and they would join in membership and be a part of a great adventure in health and fitness with this facility.
