Patricia (Pat for short) is a top-producing Calgary Realtor® with Sutton Group - Canwest since January 2003. She seems to be always smiling and is treasured by her friends and clients for her good sense of humor. This is the perfect foil for her strong technological background as an honor Biology and Math graduate of Trent University and a former Cytogenetics Technologist at the Alberta Children's Hospital for six years. Pat has a real passion for following real estate news and trends, passing on her skilled insights to her clients and keeping them informed at every step of the transaction, and ensuring that they get the best representation possible. She believes in giving her clients the personal touch -- she prefers to personally connect with them, get to know them face to face, and listen carefully to their needs so that she could give them detailed guidance specific to their situation in one of the most important transactions of their lives. Her wide range of clients, mostly in residential, investment, and retirement real estate and condos, find her patient and caring, which makes her a favorite among seniors. In fact she goes to great lengths to help her clients, such as by booking a home stager, making sure all the city compliance requirements are completed, and even driving seniors to their other appointments! Pat's patience was surely honed from raising three sons with her husband Graham: Ryan, now 30; Andrew, 27; and Jonathan, 25. She has a four-month-old grandson, Bryson, and two step-grandsons, Treyton, 8 and Taeson, 4, with whom she frequents the great parks and playgrounds in her home in New Brighton, Southeast Calgary.
