The Space Welcome to Flin Flon. Be my guest of my late 1930's beautiful country style home on the rocks, travellers, relocated workers and fisher-peeps. I am very excited to share my soulful space with you. The studio flat, 700sf is located on the top floor of a 3 story late 1930’s home. It has a great atmosphere, light and character. It is also very spacious with a lot of original pieces and finishings. Private Studio Flat entry. The second Guest room is situated in my main living area and has a private bathroom and entry is the main home entry. Please note: I run my home business space on (entry) bottom floor along with shared wifi/ laundry & gym studio and yoga room area and many other common areas to enjoy, with the ask. Common certisy applies. The newly landscaped yard has warm and peaceful atmosphere with a summer garden and flowers and fruit trees a relaxing pergola and BBQ area, surrounded by groomed green space which will enrich your stay and wellbeing:-) I have room to park three vehicles in my yard and plug in -bring a cord. I try to keep the drive shovelled but sometimes storms hit. I make sure my guests are comfortable being here, and that the time we share together is respectful, fun and also balanced. I am available at all times. When I have time, baking and some healthy snacks or soup will be out to enjoy, and sunday brunch. Coffee and tea are always available to fuel your mornings. My home is situated smack dab in the middle of city, residential, commercial, bush line neighbourhood. With best of all worlds to be right on a main Ave for easy flow to either end of city w/in 5mins, or rustic street hiking and nature walking /ski trails two blocks away to hide from the bustle. "NO": excessive drinking or any kind of smoking or drugs permitted on property! The essential rule is respect. Since my space includes other people and to insure privacy and security guest are asked not bring outsiders into the house at any time. House Rules Always clean up after you use something and leave it in the condition you found it. Long stay guest are responsible for keeping their areas clean. I do a general go over on Sundays. All guest be aware to provide personal use items. Thank you for being conscientious.
