Monarch Corporation

Monarch Corporation has been building customer’s trust for over 90 years. Founded in Toronto in 1917, we are Canada’s oldest and one of its largest, most diversified and successful real estate companies. We built our first home in the former village of Forest Hill in Toronto. Since then, we have earned a reputation for delivering outstanding homes in sought-after locations, award-winning customer service and exceptional value. We build superlative high-rise condominiums in premier locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area and stunning master-planned single-family communities across Ontario. Monarch provides a range of housing options with the right features and designs to suit the tastes of everyone from first-time buyers to empty-nesters. Awards Monarch has been the recipient of the Consumers Choice Award for five years in a row. This means consumers named us as their #1 choice for business excellence in the Residential Construction Company category. In the J.D. Power and Associates 2007 Canadian New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Survey, Monarch Corporation was proud to receive the highest ranking in Ottawa and to be in the top 3 for the Toronto high-rise category. On April 30, 2010 at the 30th Annual BILD Awards hosted by the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD), Monarch was awarded the prestigious Home Builder of the Year title as the builder who is setting the standard for the rest of the industry by excelling in quality, service and customer commitment.
