Markham Aquatic Club

Markham Aquatic Club is dedicated to providing high standards of coaching to its athletes, and provides opportunities and encouragement for each swimmer to develop his or her full potential in competitive swimming through the pursuit of personal excellence. MAC is a registered member of Swim Ontario and Swimming Canada, and MAC swimmers partake in meets at the local, regional, provincial, national, and international levels. With over 300 swimmers, MAC has become an integral part of the community, and is proud to foster a 'family' environment by providing opportunities for older swimmers to interact with younger ones as role models, and by hosting family-friendly events for club members. The Intro to Competitive Swimming program, "Swim2Achieve", is an excellent gateway into MAC's Age Group Development programs, which teach swimmers how to set goals, work hard and smart when training, and develop a sense of personal and team accountability and commitment. The Senior swimmers build on these values through an increased commitment to the program, their teammates, and their personal goals, and strive to compete at National and International levels. If you are interested in becoming a part of MAC's legacy and are ready to take the plunge, please visit the MAC website at www.markhamaquaticclub.com, or send an email to info@markhamaquaticclub.com. GO MAC!!
