Karla Russell Fredericton/Oromocto

Originally from Tracadie-Sheila, raised in an English household and educated in the French language thru to university, I've had the best of both worlds. Being an experienced resident of Fredericton and surrounding area, enables me to extend my business beyond our city. Having three children, I have knowledge of our schools which permits me to help you with some of your choices when comes time to choosing locations and neighborhoods. I am charismatic and I love working with people from all walks of life. I have 6 yrs as a licensed and successful Sales Representative. My business is 99% referral-based which means my success is solely word of mouth from my satisfied and loyal clients! My achievements are a reflection of combining the science of real estate with signature service and the commitment of a professional team who really cares. My clients value my in-depth knowledge of the market place, strong negotiating and communication skills, integrity, sound advice, and constant availability. As a listing agent, my use of cutting-edge technology and internet based marketing as established me as an industry leader. Real Estate is my passion: I live, eat and breathe it. I also invest in the market I service. I currently own income properties and have an in-depth knowledge of the laws and financial implications of this type of investment ownership. I have spent many years in aviation at 35,000 feet altitude, now I would like to see more at ground level. We have over 20 years of combined experience in flipping, buying, selling and building homes, our yearly award winning achievements speak for themselves. I believe being your Real Estate Agent involves more then putting a sign on your lawn, and I look forward to working for you as we iron out all the details of your sale and/or purchase and making this process as stress free as possible. I have been posted throughout Canada and I have seen most of the world - but as the saying goes "once a maritimer, always a maritimer"! New Brunswick is definitely home to our family. I am a strong believer in giving back to our community, therefore, I volunteer and support the Community Kitchen and shelter, also volunteer for Meals on Wheels and Wheels to Meals. Our family supports the Autism Society of NB and the Children's Wish Foundation, Sick Childrens Hospital and IWK. - See more at: http://www.wesellfredericton.com/ContactUs.ubr#sthash.PU4fqaph.dpuf
