We work closely with our buyers to identify their needs and guide them through the process of finding the perfect home. We stay on top of the market to help lead our clients towards what they're looking for. When they've found their home, we assist them through the whole process from making their offer, to closing date and beyond. Hallhomes.ca began in 2011, when Gavin Hall entered the real estate world and joined Parker Realty. In his first year, he received Coldwell Banker’s Rookie of the Year for selling 32 units. With hard work and dedication to his clients, Gavin continued to grow his business, receiving President's Circle Award (45 units) in 2013, and the International President's Elite Award (54 units) in 2014. In 2016, Gavin decided to expand his business and create a team. Jordan and Dave were thrilled to join, allowing Hallhomes.ca to cover the entire Island and offer something new to clients.
