Guelph Cycle Therapy

CycleTherapy : Guelph's Improbably Grassroots Bikeshop Top-Notch Work, Affordable Tune-Ups: CycleTherapy is in its sixth year of business, at 113 Northumberland St, just outside of downtown Guelph. My tune-ups cost 30 for most adult bikes (unless things get complicated, which is rare), 20 for kids bikes with gears and free for kids bikes without! Your safety and satisfaction are always my highest priorities - call 226-500-0300 today! For those who like Context: My name is Steve. I grew up here in Guelph, and after some time abroad and some time in K-W I've made Guelph my home again. As a young teenager I developed a keen interest in disassembling anything I could. Years goneby and a great deal of practice later, I put many of those things back together. Being particularly interested in repairing bikes, I took a few steps to brush up my knowledge, took maintenance courses through Braun's in Kitchener, and landed a job building boxed bicycles for Canadian Tire. At Canadian Tire I quickly found myself running almost every aspect of a full-fledged shop - the degree of responsibility was formative. It also landed me what essentially became the final leg of my something-like-an-apprenticeship, working the next summer alongside the late George Vettor for his one of his shop's final years in business. Early in 2010 I founded Guelph Cycle Therapy. In those six seasons it has been a pleasure to be in business in the city of Guelph. It has reinforced my belief that community is the solution to ninety-nine of every hundred problems. Thank you all for being excellent, and Happy Cycling! TL;DR: I really enjoy fixing bikes, and I'm very good at it, and everything is turning up Millhouse
