FOUND Consignment Boutique accepts higher-end, boutique and better name brand ladies’ clothing sizes 0-22, shoes, boots, coats and accessories. We also accept high end maternity and designer yoga wear. Pieces should be no more than 2-3 years old and currently in style. Please consult our "Likes" page for brands we aren’t currently accepting and what brands are in demand. FOUND accepts items seasonally. Fall/Winter: August-January Spring/Summer: March-July *Regardless of season we will always accept luxury handbags, small leather goods and jewelry. All first time consignors will need an appointment. Appointments take no more than 15-20 minutes. You can shop and get to know the store while we go through your items. Email or call 752-1122 to book a time or use our online booking system. Please consult our website for guidlines before making an appointment *When calling or emailing for a first time appointment please let me know if you have extremely large quantities (more than 20 items) to bring in. We would prefer less than 20 pieces per appointment. Bring your best and please sort according to our guidelines and brand guide. Items brought in garbage bags or cardboard boxes will not be accepted. Here area few tips for a successful and easy consignment appointment: VERY IMPORTANT! Please pre-inspect your items carefully. - Is it in fashion? Would you still wear it? Then bring it in! - Items must be "sales floor ready"; freshly laundered/dry-cleaned. Pressed and wrinkle free. We cannot accept wrinkled items. We do not steam. - Stain/odor free. (Check underarms especially! Ew. I know,right?) - All zippers, buttons or belts working and accounted for. - Handbags and shoes wiped clean. For shoes -no toe marks on footbeds. Shoes need to be in like-new condition with very little to no heel wear. - Check all pockets. Items must be brought in ON HANGERS. (hangers will be returned to you) Delicate items, jeans or sweaters may be folded and brought in a laundry basket or plastic totes or PAPER/Recycled shopping bag. *Found is not currently accepting: - Business suits or trousers. - Swimwear or undergarmets (except Lululemon sport bras) - Bridal or formal wear. (mother of bride/groom or prom/bridesmaid - Any item that has been altered or hemmed. Please do not be offended if we don't take something of yours. There are several factors to consider when accepting items. Please respect our business decisions and understand its not personal. Also keep in mind that quantity is good, but quality is better!
