With all the information that is out there we know that it is tough to figure out what you need to do to get in shape. When you work with us, you will be assigned your own certified personal trainer that will help you understand the best exercises and fitness plans that will help you get fit. We don’t rely on fancy gym equipment; rather we will create your customized fitness plan using body weight exercises and what you have around the house. It’s not the equipment that you use, it is the hard work and effort that you put into your training sessions that will help you achieve great results. Judy a Certified Personal Training Specialist and has been involved in the fitness industry for several years as owner/operator of 4 women’s fitness facilities. She has been employed in Diabetes prevention and management as well. Judy believes that eating well and physical activity are the cornerstones to overall health and wellness. Although she works with a diverse clientele, her specialization lies in helping those new to exercise or returning to exercise after a long period of time. She has seen a lot of people start an exercise program to lose weight and look better. But what she has seen people experience is even more powerful - she has seen them literally change their life for the better – no more aches and pains, more energy, less chronic problems, reduced blood pressure, cholesterol improved, better mental health, less stress and depression, better sleep, diabetes more in control – and yes, weight loss too! Her priority is NOT to get someone who is overweight to look like a model….it is to help them LIVE the BEST LIFE possible! Contact Judy today: judy@fitnessonthego.ca or phone: 306-621-4338
