I wrote and implemented DietSmart many years ago just after I lost 13 dress sizes. It took me two years to lose my weight and 25 years later, I am still inspiring, educating and coaching other to lose weight. DietSmart gives special dietary considerations for the treatment of Heart Disease (Cholesterol and Sodium), Type 2 Diabetes (Carbohydrates and Sugars, and Obesity (eating habits and hormones). DietSmart is how I lost my weight at home with the love and support of my husband. I did it. I became very interested in nutrition and loved to listen to Covert Bailey the nutritional scientist who taught me about a fat burning metabolism. As soon as I got the concept about "fatty acid metabolism" burning fat in your sleep I was hook on telling everyone. I opened a Fitness Studio and Workout Gym years ago and was teaching up to 20 classes a week and did two fitness videos as well. But I was more interested in the counseling and coaching for better weight loss results for my clients. I opened a consulting office in Bellville and that's when I completed and received the copyright for DietSmart. Also received a business achievements awards, and had the opportunity to pitch a business proposal to the dragons on the Dragons Den CBC TV Show in2009. DietSmart has been revised to be a faster and easier weight loss journey. New - DietSmart Fitness Walk Classes New - DietSmart Home Program New - The DietSmart Weight Loss Package
