CFP Group

Cashflowing Properties Group is a Canadian based real estate investment house with a personal approach. In a competitive marketplace we are dedicated to helping investors achieve their wealth creation goals by matching appropriate investment opportunities to their individual needs, experience, and risk profile. We are able to create value for our investor network because of our key strengths - an ability to source opportunities with high value potential, manage those opportunities either directly or through trusted strategic partners who share our vision, and deliver value through a long term approach. Our Cashflowing Properties Group network of professionals includes Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Lawyers, Mortgage and Credit Specialists, and Property Managers. We understand the investors’ needs because we actively invest in real estate ourselves. We offer more than 45 years of combined investing experience. As our company name suggests, we concentrate our investing efforts in residential properties that provide stable cashflow. We carefully analyze the areas we invest in and only select those that provide strong economic fundamentals leading to increase in properties values.
