Actors You, on an amazing day! Families When I say families, I mean anyone and everyone: kids, moms and dads, and even pets if they’re an important part of your family! It’s always a pleasure and honour to get a glimpse into the lives of a family to photograph them. I love it! For me, it’s about capturing the special connection you share, while getting the best out of everyone. I prefer to shoot outside, in nature, where children can run and play, or in the comfort of your home. I’ve found it makes the atmosphere much more relaxed, and everyone feels more natural. And in addition to giving great results, the sessions always turn out to be lots of fun. Carinne's bio I have been working in front of and behind the camera for over 15 years. I started my career as a model; I did some magazine covers, editorials, catalogues and commercials, but soon it wasn’t enough for me. I wanted to stay in the fashion business, so I turned my skills to makeup. As a makeup artist, I was lucky to know the many photographers I had modeled for, and I started working right away on fashion shoots, magazines, advertising and television. Soon I realised I needed to move back in front of the camera, this time as an actor. But through all my career changes, I always have loved taking photographs. As a makeup artist, I was told numerous times that I was hired because I got everyone relaxed and in a good mood (I also assume the makeup was good). Since I started acting, I’ve really grown to love being in the moment and connecting with my scene partner. It’s this love that I hope translates into photographs. In the end, it’s about finding the authenticity, the perfect frame, the right lighting and having some laughts: all to catch that perfect moment I hope we can find together.
