BillyO Bill Ollinger Re/Max Prince George Realtor

Aloha! I am a real estate agent for RE/MAX Centre City Realty in Prince George, British Columbia. Buying and selling homes are some of the biggest events in a person's life, and you should feel confident knowing someone has your back, is looking out for your best interests, and will not rest until you are satisfied with the outcome. Having been born and raised in Prince George, I have seen the City grow and prosper through some good times and tough times. Through the years I have grown professionally with over 12 years of experience in the legal profession, 8 years in marketing with the Spruce Kings and Cougars Hockey Clubs, and small business ownership and retail sales experience. These opportunities have allowed me to gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, networking, promotion, negotiating, problem solving, working under pressure, multi-tasking and listening, all of which are important in having success in the world of real estate. Although I am newer in the real estate profession (4 years Sept 2011), you can rely on the fact that if you choose to use my services, you will also receive the support of our entire TEAM of brokers, agents and support staff, all available to answer your questions and provide solutions to make your real estate decisions with peace of mind. Trust in me that I will give you my all in assisting you with all of your real estate needs, questions and advice. Like you, your friends and your family, I am a part of this community and wish to see it grow and prosper for many years to come. When we shop at the local grocery store, or go to the park on a Sunday, would it not make you, your friends and family feel secure and confident that you/they could look a realtor in the eye at the grocery store or at the park and think, "Yes, he/she is a good realtor, and he/she is my realtor". I want to be that realtor. Thank you for taking the time to read about me. If you currently have a realtor that fits your needs, all the best to you. If you don't, give it a go, contact BillyO! I would love to help you with all of your real estate needs.
