Forever Healthy Summerside opened its doors to the public in October 2015. It is the ninth Franchise in the Forever Healthy family. The clinic is located in uptown Summerside at 115 Walker Avenue across from the PEI Mutual building. The entrance is at the back of the business complex with ample parking for clients. We provide a clean, scent free and safe environment. Our primary focus is our clients’ health and well-being.
