Maple Syrup Operation commencing Spring 2017 with a focus on high-tech syrup production, value-added maple items, and a Sugar House open for tours
Maple Syrup Operation starting Spring 2017 - sap will flow through tubing from tapped trees to the pump house in sugar bush and then on to sugar shack. Sap is processed initially through a reverse osmosis (RO) and then to an evaporator where it is finished into beautiful maple syrup. The syrup is packaged onsite and is available for purchase along with other maple syrup products.
Tours of the sugar bush and sugar shack are available.
