Sun Hang Do Martial Arts
Sun Hang Do has been strengthening communities since 1989. Sun Hang Do is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, teens, and adults through education in the martial arts. Children ages 4 to 6 start their martial arts training in the Super Kids program, and then move up to our children's classes. Children graduate to the adult class at age 13 where they continue training through their teen years, and on to adulthood. Sun Hang Do offers classes in weapons, grappling, self defence, sparring, patterns, and leadership skills.
