It all starts with the Sylvan Insight Assessment, a series of tests, diagnostic tools, and personal interviews that provides our experienced educators with a comprehensive look at each student. Plan We build a learning plan just for your child. We use these assessment results to create a personal learning plan, designed to address the student’s individual needs. This plan pinpoints the exact skills to focus on for a targeted and efficient approach to skill mastery. Teach Our expert teachers put the plan into practice. This plan is then executed by the cornerstone of the Sylvan foundation, our expert teachers. Our teacher’s efforts are focused on each child, concentrating on cultivating a student's confidence , using SylvanSync technology to help our students stay focused, engaged and learning. Apply Your child puts their skills and confidence into action. We then build on newly learned skills with the use of ongoing evaluations and program updates, ensuring students can put these new skills into action!
