I use Reiki an energy healing technique to channel energy through my hand's into the persons energy field. As I am channeling energy, healing takes place naturally, and finds its own way to flow freely to where its needed. Your whole body will be restored, and every single cell will be restructured. This will directly improve your quality of life. Energy is necessary for our body’s survival. If that energy is blocked and can not flow freely, sickness will follow. I will also use guided meditation along side Reiki for those suffering from a loss, or dealing with addictions. When we experience a trauma , we are confronted with fear beyond explanation. We lose control of our bodies, and experience physical, and emotional pain. Guided meditation will help you deal with your trauma in a gentle and loving way. It is necessary to unblock this pain in order to heal.
