Vesna Mitchell

Fitness and nutrition has always been a passion In my life and 18 years ago it help me heal after a major crisis. It helped me gain the confidence and strength to pick myself up and lose a life changing 135lbs! My confidence increased and so did my self-esteem. I realized I found my passion, and I went back to school to earn the appropriate certifications so that I could help other’s do the same. I was then blessed with a wonderful marriage and 2 healthy boys, until life happened again. I suffered great financial loss and received a life threatening diagnosis. These events claimed many years of my life before I realized that I had so much more healing to do.
