Cardston & District Health Foundation is a registered charity (Charitable Number 888397031) that supports health care services at Cardston Health Centre.
The foundation is volunteer driven and all board trustees are residents of Cardston and disctrict. The board act as stewards of donated funds, making sure your precious gifts are spent wisely on local priority needs. Your donations, large or small, have an impact on patient care at Cardston Health Centre.
Cardston Health Centre has an active surgical program providing podiatry care, laproscopic and endoscopic procedures, and screening examinations. In 2014, the foundation funded over $35,000 worth of vital surgical equipment so Cardston and area residents can continue to access day procedures closer to home. Charitable receipts are issued for all donations. You may drop off donations at Cardston Health Centre or mail to: Box 1440, Cardston, AB T0K 0K0. Please do not send cash in the mail.
