Aislinn Stirling is a Certified Teacher in classical Hatha yoga in the Sivananda Tradition (RYT-200) and is certified with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. Aislinn has been practicing yoga since her introduction to Sivananda in 2004. In more recent years she began to fully grasp the powerful influence that yoga was having on her life, and her desire to share that joy with others only grew. In 2015 she completed the Canadian Yoga Alliance Accredited, Midnight Sun Yoga Teacher Training taught by Saraswati Sylvie Boisclair. Aislinn is now teaching out of Collective Soul Space as part of their regular schedule, but is also available for private yoga classes. Aislinn is a strong believer that yoga can benefit anyone and everyone. You may come to the mat looking for exercise and leave feeling more spiritually connected, or you may come looking for peace and calming and leave feeling awakened and energized. No matter why you come, give to it what you can, and take from it what it offers.
