Yoga in Orillia

Our mission is to provide safe, fun and informed guidance in yoga for all walks of life without it being too serious. In this process our role is to provide a non-competitive, comforting environment for you to find and deepen your practise. We believe there is a yoga practise for everyone; young or old; physically fit or not. Throughout good health or illness yoga can be modified to suit the individual. We encourage questions and lots of laughing. Our hope is that by giving you yoga on the mat, you will be able to take it with you into your everyday life and share it with those around you. There are many philosophies under the umbrella of yoga and we try to explore them all, however, one that seems always to come back into our classes is that of Lila (pronounced Lee-la). Lila is Sanskrit for Of Devine play. If we can practise playing on the mat then I believe we can come back to our true essence to that place of fresh curiosity in our bodies, in our mind and spirit and further into the world around us.
