Xtreme FIT - Fierce Integrated Training

Hi, my name is Charity and I am the Owner of PF Fitness Inc. I was born and raised in Stony Plain, AB and have wanted to establish my own Health and Wellness Facility since I was 18. My first choice for post-secondary education was to be a Personal Fitness Trainer. However, at that time (19 years ago), there wasn't a very high demand for this area. I chose to become a Registered Nurse instead and hence got my BScN at the University of Alberta. Along side my Nursing Degree, I also became a Certified Reflexologist. Since then I have also become a Health and Medical Consultant, a University Nursing Instructor and a Beauty, Health & Wellness Consultant. Two years ago I joined a boxing class and my fitness intrigue was peaked again. I became a Certified Fitness Kickboxing Instructor and started teaching classes at my first mentor's club. I was so interested in taking this to the next level and to fulfill my dreams, that I decided to quit my nursing position and started studying immediately to become a Certified Personal Trainer.
