My name is Tina Dias, and I am married to my best friend, and business partner, Mike. We are Licensed Wedding Officiants and work as a team together. We have both dedicated our lives to our passion of marrying couples! We have been working hard at creating an affordable, shabby-chic style wedding venue, so that couples don't have to worry about giving up any dreams they may have for their wedding day. We have created Cozy Country Weddings at Casa di Dias. The prices for Cozy Country weddings are based on each individual wedding ceremony needs. We have a base price to start with, and any additional requests or needs can be added on. We offer on and off site vow exchanges, cocktail vow exchanges with smart serve, and also quaint gatherings immediately following vow exchange. Food can be catered, or pot luck is also encouraged, with servers offered upon request. All of our prices are flexible, and can be adjusted according to the "needs" of the bride and groom for the day. Our motto is "you bring us the ideas and we do all the work!"...so we need to reflect the price depending on what cozy, dream wedding you'd like to plan! Wedding vow exchange off site....$425 see webpage for details Wedding vow exchange off site, plus use of 10 by 10 gazebo, table/chairs for signing licence, use of two small antique props for decor chosen by bride and groom.....$625 (we do all the work setting up and taking down at your location) Wedding vow exchange only - onsite and cozy style - includes two hours of property rental, one hour of service time plus 30 minutes prior to service for parking and seating guests, and 30 after for departure of all guests.......starting at $625 - service includes wedding vows and ceremony (style and length depends on each bride and groom), indoor/outdoor ceremony options, use of cozy country limo with driver, use of cabin by the pond for the 30 minutes prior to ceremony for wedding party only, white 10 by 10 foot outdoor gazebo with table/chairs for signing licence, use of all antiques for photo shoots, blue tooth sound system with microphone, various shabby chic bouquets, booteniers, centerpieces, use of battery operated candles and tealights.....and we do all the work! each additional hour after is charged at a rate of $100/hour to start, depending on the details of the venue. Our washroom facilities are cozy and outdoor, with proper wash stations. Our indoor shop facility is a 30 by 60 foot steel, rustic, shabby-chic wedding stop! We are a completely wheelchair accessible venue, however we require appropriate notice to provide a wheel chair accessible portable washroom. Prices will be increased depending on.....additional rentals due to larger numbers of guests, change in linen and photo backdrop colours, custom made centerpiece/photo prop/wood crafted decorations, smart serve and cocktail party vow exchange, longer property rental times, additional custom golf cart rental for larger wedding parties, tractor and wagon hay ride options, any additional requests to make your wedding dream happen!
