The Wayside Motel belongs to a program called: DESTINATION MANITOULIN, this program is designed to give Chi Cheemaun ferry riders a 10% discount off the price of the ferry, increase ridership on the Chi Cheemaun ferry, and increase tourism on Manitoulin Island. If you are planning a trip to Manitoulin Island by the Chi Cheemaun ferry or departing on the ferry, and stay at the Wayside Motel, you will get a "Tag #" and this will give you a 10% discount off the ferry fee and a $5.00 discount off of your room at the Wayside Motel.
