VIBE offers Coasters and guests an array of products and services to help you achieve your personal best. Our highly personalized approach focuses on private and small group fitness coaching, customized eating plans, 12-week physique transformations, protein supplements, workout apparel, focus on food as fuel 21-day group programs, seminars & workshops, West Coast Women's Wellness Weekends, unique local health & wellness products, and this is just the beginning. As of January 2013, we will be offering pre-registered specialty fitness classes (4-6 participants, 6-week duration) and will be soliciting your input in this regard. Options that we're currently looking into include: FlexBar, TRX, UGI, Bosu and Spinning. We also envision the VIBE as an ‘activity kiosk’ for the Landing, a hub where locals and tourists will be able to find what they are looking for in terms of their health and wellness needs whether it's information or tour/activity ideas, carb-conscious healthy snacks, a fitness coaching session or a new workout outfit. Charlene SanJenko and Ben Smith have a combined total of over 50 years of experience in the fitness industry - experience that we're excited to share. No matter which facility you utlize for your regular training whether at home, outdoors, a rec centre or private gym, the expertise at VIBE promises to take your efforts to the next level.
