Vanderhoof Youth Softball

We are trying to grow Vanderhoof youth ball. With that aim in mind we are going to be trying out some new things. First, we have changed from baseball to softball. Feedback so far regarding this change is positive, so we will see what the future holds. As there has been softball in the past we already have the equipment on hand. T-ball remains as is, but the older teams will be using the softball which will be slo-pitch. Kids will be pitching, no pitching machine. We are also working with the adult league to give the oldest team some more game time. We hope to have vibrant executive that will work hard to keep you excited and informed about our softball teams. We are looking for sponsors for our teams, as well as coaches, assistant coaches, and helpers in any area. If you want to help, we can find a place for you to use your talents - this is not limited to parents of players, but any community minded individuals. A criminal record check is required.
