Urban General is a general store with a twist! It is an independently owned (and founded) business in Kelowna, B.C., Canada. It has many departments, including (but not limited to) home housewares, hardware, crafts, stationery, health and beauty, electronics, home decor, clothing and accessories, and seasonal products (holiday decor, gardening supplies, summer toys etc.). It also boasts the largest party supplies selection in Kelowna, including helium balloons. While we do bouquets immediately after purchase, if you are needing a large order done we offer pre-booking*, so you can pick up your balloons ready to go on the day of your event. For pricing and additional information, call us! *Pre-booking must be done in store only; we do not take orders by phone. On almost all holidays we are open, and the hours are typically 10am-5pm. We are not open on December 25th. We place a large emphasis on our customer service, which means we are always happy to go the extra mile for you.
