I’m David Fleming, a Realtor with Bosley Real Estate Ltd. Brokerage in Toronto. I started the Toronto Realty Blog because I think most websites that Toronto Realtors use are very cookie-cutter, provide very little information for the public, are updated infrequently, and are far too impersonal and self-promotional. I, on the other hand, wanted to be helpful and provide daily updates and information on happenings in the Toronto market. I’m an avid blogger myself, so I thought it was a natural fit to start a Realty Blog. I’ve also been told by those close to me that I should put my sense of humor, wit, and obsessive compulsiveness to some sort of use other than giving free stand up comedy at bars at 2AM on Saturday…ahem. The Realty Blog is a platform to describe the Toronto real estate market through my eyes, with my witty opinions, perceptions and descriptions of my day-to-day interactions with buyers, sellers, agents, and the entire cast of characters I come across in this thriving industry. While the professional approach may be the way to go most of the time, I’ll come out of my shell once in a while and drop a bomb on a crummy property, dirty real estate agent, or shine a light on an up-and-coming neighborhood.
