My treatment approach is to always give a complete and comprehensive assessment of your symptoms. I will not only treat the original symptoms but will work with you to treat the cause and help prevent future injury. The majority of my treatments are done with your clothes on rather than draping with sheets. Please bring clothing that makes the area being treated accessible, such as: athletic clothing, shorts, tank top or sports bra. The important thing is that you are comfortable. After your first appointment you will receive an e-mail with your rehabilitation plan. The rehab plan can consist of many different strategies to help the progression of the healing process, such as: stretches, strengthening, postural corrections, aquatherapy, lifting instructions and much more. At the end of our treatment plan, I always do a re-assessment. This is done to see what improvements we have made and help us create a plan for maintenance. With a full commitment from you with the home care rehab plan, most treatment plans can be done within 2-4 weeks.
