The Weight is OVER

I have lead weight loss groups since 2008. For 3 years I worked for a well known weight loss organization on Manitoulin Island. In 2010 I opened my own health and wellness spa and under that business offered weight loss support meetings and support to motivated individuals who has weight loss goals. I am knowledgable and experiences in the science of weight loss and have been told I offer inspirational meetings and accountability. I have personally lost a total of 107lbs and to date have maintained a loss of 92lbs over 10 years. I offer caloric assessments to help you reach your goal in a healthful even fun way. I rely heavily on the personal achievements and even struggles of the group to guide the meetings to be powerful, motivating and last in the minds of the members all week as they journey in their personal weight loss. Im not one for sugar coating and I have been known to tell it like it is, I think those who have lost weight in my group before would tell you its a fun place to meet and watch the scale drop.
