The Smith Restaurant and Bar

The Smith is a premium casual restaurant and bar which is family friendly on the main floor with a large adult only bar on the second floor. It boasts two huge southwest facing patios with a beautiful mountain view and an intimate indoor/outdoor bar on the second floor. Our food and beverage menus are focused on premium quality ingredients with reasonable prices. From families to corporate customers and students we all need a break from the high cost of living but still want a quality dining and entertainment experience. The Smith has created a well-balanced menu while combining contemporary North American favourites with dishes and flavors from around the world. We believe in the artistry and craftsmanship of simple cooking methods such as wood smoke, fresh ingredients, in house made foods, and freshly baked bread! The Smith uses locally and naturally sourced ingredients when available. All the beef is CAB certified and our seafood is Ocean Wise Certified. Most of our dishes will be available gluten free and in many cases lactose and/or dairy free. At The Smith we believes everyone is entitled to an incredible tasting and wholesome food experience with no sacrifice to flavor or enjoyment. For example the calamari, fish & chips, and mac n’ cheese are all available gluten, dairy and lactose free These are the types of dishes that many people who have food intolerance's are not able to enjoy. From Omar Polyniak, Jon Loewen, Omar Seifeddine and everyone who has made The Smith possible, we encourage to you come eat, drink, and relax at The Smith. At The Smith our mission is to passionately deliver an incredible product and experience, while providing great value to our customers.
