The Peggy Hill Team

Her clients describe her as “approachable”, “knowledgeable”, “well prepared”, “friendly, real, honest & reliable”. Peggy is an entrepreneur, mom, passionate people person, Broker and founder of The Peggy Hill Team at Keller Williams Experience Realty, Brokerage. Peggy has been helping people in Barrie and the surrounding area buy and sell real estate for 11 years, and has loved every minute of it! She eats, sleeps, lives and breathes Barrie real estate! 11 years ago Peggy was flipping burgers at her family’s Greek restaurant. After her family sold the restaurant, Peggy had to find a way to provide for both her family and her parents. Real estate presented Peggy with an opportunity to do just that. Once she got started, real estate came naturally to Peggy. Her compassionate personality and innovative marketing techniques allowed her to excel almost instantly. After 7 years of working for a couple of big name brokerages Peggy decided to take a leap and start her own brokerage in 2010. That brokerage grew from 2 agents to 12 and became the 6th largest brokerage in Barrie in terms of Market Share^. The next logical step in Peggy’s real estate journey was to join forces with North Americas’ largest growing real estate brokerage, Keller Williams, and in November of 2012 Peggy Hill & Associates became The Peggy Hill Team at Keller Williams Experience Realty. Peggy has been nominated numerous time for the Barrie Examiner’s Business Women of the year, featured as one of Good Life Magazine’s Women on Top and has consistently ranked as one of Barrie’s top selling agents*. Even with all her success Peggy has never lost sight of what real estate is all about, “Real Estate is about people not housing” and people are the reason Peggy remains in the business, “there are so many people out there who need help”. That’s why Peggy has built her business around one main priority, customer service. Peggy’s main goal is to offer her clients the highest level of customer service and a stress-free real estate experience. Peggy has lived in Barrie for most of her life and loves how Barrie is a big city with small town values, “Barrie is a thriving community, a safe community and a great place to raise your children”. One of Peggy’s favorite things about Barrie is its beautiful waterfront, “In Barrie we get to live where everyone vacations, it’s the gateway to cottage country!” Your home is the one of the most important investments that you will make. It will affect your family, your finances and your lifestyle, so why not use a Realtor that puts your needs first?
