The Finished Quilt

Professional Services in Claresholm, AB · See Professional Services throughout Alberta

The Finished Quilt provides services that help you finish your quilting and sewing projects so you can meet those deadlines for gift giving, or move on to other projects. A selection of patterns, thread and thread color choices are available to you, or you may prefer custom work for that select piece. Phone ahead and make an appointment so we can discuss these details. Bring along your batting and the backing material, making sure that it is a minimum of 2-4 inches larger than your quilt top. Don't worry if it needs to be sewn, this service is provided for a nominal fee, as is the binding. Depending on the size of your project, work requested, and projects in the cue, turnaround time can range from 2 to 6 weeks. Please keep this in mind, especially for gift giving. Rush orders may be accepted, at an additional cost. Quilt restoration is also a service provided, to help you preserve those special quilts handed down in the family or given on special occasions. Pieces can be replaced, fabric matched, quilting finished or added to, in order to lengthen the life of the quilt.
