Time of work ranges, as I run my business on my time off from Security. Property Management: Deliver paperwork to tenants, winterize property, do minor maintenance, prepare for realtors to come in, etc. Seasonal Yard Care: Mow Lawns, light gardening, light tree/shrub trimming, fertilize, fall & spring clean up, light snow removal (Sidewalk, driveway, porch & Deck) with shovel or snow blower. Janitorial: I have done Commercial & Residential, when needed. Landfill & Recycle Runs: Take your unwanted items to the landfill: Broken appliances, scrap items, metal, wood, electronics, paint & chemicals, oil, reusables, compost, BBQs, Small engines, etc. Take your recycling to the depot: Cardboard, Paper, plastic film and firm, Lawn Clippings, tree trimmings, tin/aluminum, etc. Minor Renovations: Household simple plumbing, minor painting/drywalling, minor flooring projects, minor deck/fence repair.
