Tanglefoot Vet Fernie

Pet Service in Fernie, BC · See Pet Service throughout British Columbia

Tanglefoot Fernie is excited to open a new small animal clinic in Fernie. Tanglefoot endeavors to provide our clients, both old and new, with quality patient care in the Elk Valley. Our team will ensure a collaborative client/patient experience in a grounded and welcoming environment. We would like to introduce our new community Veterinarian Tim Ritson-Bennett. Tim began his career in Sundre, Alberta as a mixed animal practitioner where he worked for four years. The location of Sundre dictated a ‘whatever walks through the door’ policy meaning that on any given day one could expect the normal mix of cats, dogs, horses, and cattle with the odd beaver, lama, or eagle showing up. The variety of patients and thus working conditions is to this day one the most exciting aspects of his job. With the range of animals in the Elk Valley it is likely to continue to be so. As he puts it, “I look forward to developing new working relationships with the people and animals of Fernie, and am really excited for both my family and myself to have the opportunity to be a part of this community.”
