Sumaira - Landmark Homes

Originally from the States, Sumaira has enjoyed living in Edmonton for over 14 years and works with clients to secure their own special spot in this diverse and wonderful city. “The eclectic mix of people is the best combination of all the cities I've experienced or lived in” she says. She is actively involved in her community and industry, which helps her build long lasting relationships with new prospects, clients and other industry experts. Recently her efforts were recognized by the BCSA keeping her and the Landmark Group close to everyone’s hearts. Her previous experience in the homebuilding industry has translated really well for at Landmark Group. Her product knowledge helps the clients really understand the different in build qualities of homes. “I treat every new customer as if they are going to be my new neighbor and part of the Landmark family. I like to spend time upfront getting to know my clients so I can make their time together searching for a home as streamlined and productive as possible. I believe Intuition, honesty and attention helps people understand their options, and guides them in making informed decisions best suited for their unique lifestyle.” Outside of work, Sumaira is most passionate about music, international cuisines, and family.
