Sukyi's Soothers

Chewing is a natural behaviour for dogs, and they need safe chew toys to direct this behaviour to. Listed below are a few tips to help you choose the safest and best chew toy for your dog. ... SIZE: The toy must be large enough that it cannot be swallowed. SAFE DURABLE EASY TO CLEAN FUN Our soothers come in a variety of sizes and colours with two shapes to choose from. Your dog can enjoy both chewing his/her new toy and clean and protect their teeth and gums at the same time. Try to avoid toys with strings, buttons, small parts and or loose fabrics. These materials if ingested may cause intestinal obstructions or a choking hazard. Animal bones are not recommended for dogs or puppies. These bones do not break down easily which could cause serious impaction and constipation. All chew toys have an element of risk, some dogs can tear apart even the "indestructible" chews. Some other toys may cause the teeth to chip. Like the tennis ball as an example the material on the ball causes scratches on the tooth's enamal which leaves opportunity for bacteria to grow. With forethought and supervision, you can make your pets toys as safe as possible. Remember Sukyi's Soother's are primarily for the cleaning and maintaining of healthy teeth and gums.So rotating the soothers with other chew toys will also keep your dog interested and your pocket book relatively in check.
