LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT: Here at Sugar’d, we rarely keep you waiting. It is for this reason that we ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. If you are running more than 5-10 minutes late, you run the risk of having your services reduced or rescheduled. CANCELLATION: We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that things come up unexpectedly so to be fair, we give you a total of 3 strikes! After 3 strikes you will need to prepay for your future appointments. Strike 1: Will advise you of the No Show & Cancellation Policy Strike 2: You will be charged for ½ of your previously booked service upon your next appointment.
