When I moved from Toronto to Whistler in 1986 I thought it might be for a few years, it turned out to be much longer. As a professional skier and golfer, Whistler was a perfect fit. I received my 20 year "Length of Service" award at Whistler/Blackcomb where I have worked on both a full and part-time basis. Over the past 23 years I’ve been the consultant for both Head Ski Products Race and Freeride Athlete’s, as well as in Product Development for Freeride Line. In 1999 I was given the opportunity to take on the job of Head Coach for the Canadian National Snowboard Alpine & Boarder Cross Team. I have traveled extensively to many great resorts, but none of them stack up to what Whistler has to offer. As the Olympic Coach at the 2002 Salt Lake winter games, and having worked there for the three years leading up to the 2010 Games, I was able to use firsthand knowledge of what to expect here in Whistler when the world arrived for the 2010 Winter Olympics. After experiencing the Games right here in my back yard, I feel I am your best asset when it comes to buying or selling in the Whistler area. On the rare occasion you don’t catch me in the office you'll most likely find me out enjoying all that the Whistler lifestyle has to offer. It truly is a lifestyle choice and I live here because of that. I’m deeply involved in Whistler Minor Hockey, as I am the Head Coach of the Whistler Hockey Initiation program (5 thru 8 year olds) and also run my own Hockey School every fall. Luckily I am able to share my passions with my wife Andrea and two young children Aiden and Taylor both of which are avid hockey fans both on and off the ice.
