Now, the whole universe is within you. 2-Fear can be understood and then we can overcome it It takes place when we are not in the moment or something has happened in the past and we keep on thinking about the past, create fear into this moment. Fear happens when we are not able to discover who we really are, by living on the circumference with ego. It always comes from unknown place or not knowing. The greatest fear is the fear of death. All other fears are secondary. There is something, which is holding you back in your life that makes you unsuccessful. It is the greatest obstacle on the path of human growth and development. It aware you with false perception. We know that we go for 65,000 thoughts everyday but most of the thoughts are useless, unproductive and delusional. The more we have thoughts, the greater amount of fear appears in our life. Meditation can overcome fear. It discovers who you really are, as soon you know who you really are, there is no fear because it teaches you actuality into potentiality. The best way to dissolve fear is to have a deep connection with trees, the rivers, the mountains, and the stars -- the whole universe. 3- Focus your energy level into this moment The sun is very powerful, since it is not focused on a single object, it has become less powerful. If it starts focusing on single object, that object would catch fire. This is the same as with our mind. We know that we have tremendous power but if we are not focused, our energy keep on dispersing into different activities and we will end up in pain and suffering. When we center our energy, it creates great power. Centering is just collecting our energy at one point and paying full attention on it. Once you gather energy at one point, that point generates tremendous power and point of power is always now. 4-Wisdom comes through suffering, not by knowledge The knowledge can educate, but it cannot transform you because it is always superficial. Knowledge is gained without experiencing by just going through books and scriptures, but it is always borrowed, because some else has written it and the wisdom comes through deep suffering by knowing, understanding, experiencing and applied practically in our life. The more you read, the more you create ego therefore read less and experience more to gain real wisdom. 5- Forgiveness, compassion and unconditional love Jesus Christ taught us about meaning and purpose of life. When he was crucified, he said that forgive the sinners because they are ignorant. We must pray for them, he never defended from them. He said that Kingdom of heaven is in us. How compassion, loving, forgiveness, and kindness he was? About a book He has written a book –“The power of present moment". It is published in different countries.
