Slegers Greens

Slegers Greens is a family owned greenhouse operation located at the edge of Strathroy, 20 minutes west of London. We have been producing greens since1987. Jo and Pauline both grew up in this community and Jo grew up on our very own farm. It seemed natural for us to make this community our home and raise our three sons here. We became organically certified in 2004, after many years of interest in organics and several growing trials to find organic techniques that were effective with our growing system. Organics is important to us. We believe that what we grow is healthy for consumers to eat,that our way of producing our greens is good for the environment, that we have a healthy workplace for our staff and our family to work in. Here at Slegers we grow a wide variety of Greens, Lettuces, Herbs, and Micros.
