I aim to guide buyers and sellers step-by-step through the transaction process and make it as smooth and effortless as possible. Further, I promise to advocate for clients during the negotiation process and keep their best interests at heart! WHY As a child growing up, turmoil and upheaval in my family situation forced us to live in many different places. As a result, I was unable to establish any real friendships or strong bonds to carry into adulthood. Eventually, I settled in the Lower Mainland, met a man, and together we had a beautiful daughter. We moved from one location to another when she was very small and I noticed the negative cycle continue into another generation. I made the decision to become a single parent so I could create a greater sense of security and stability for my daughter; Burnaby was the perfect location and became our permanent residence. My daughter has been in the same school and area all her life. I always encourage her to understand the importance of home. I truly believe that this safe and secure feeling in our home has been the rock and support that I missed out on as a kid.
